Create and develop an awareness and recognition of the need to move beyond project and program management as a discipline to advancing positive changes across the entire lifecycle of business management functions.
Provide a forum for knowledge sharing by actively promoting new ideas and approaches
Help members bridge the gap between strategy and execution and also reduce organizational silos
Develop and strengthen organizational and individual member competencies
EMA-I moves beyond the practicality of project and program management as a discipline, and begins to bridge the business lifecycle gap between strategy and execution providing actionable services including knowledge resources, learning programs and virtual collaboration.
