Enterprise Management Association - International will:

  • Continuously develop and provide best in class to promote both organizational and individual competencies
  • Move beyond the focus of project, program and portfolio management as disciplines to bridge the gap between strategy and execution
  • Address the growing talent management challenge by assisting with developing the next generation of organizational change leaders

This broader business lifecycle perspective will require the new EMA-I association to understand a more diverse community of members than the more typical project/program management specific associations.
